Document Prep

As a Document Prep worker, you will receive applications, open envelopes and verify contents, remove staples, paper clips, etc. to prepare documents for scanning, and scan documents into the system for the data entry clerks.  

 

Other responsibilities include: 

• Work in a line production environment for processing and organizing documents. 

• Follow detailed instructions to organize, and process high volume, error free data on a consistent basis 

• Enter and verify alphanumeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, and electronic, into a computer database 

• Working quickly and efficiently to complete repetitive tasks 

   

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma/GED 

• This position is fully on-site. 

• Computer skills a plus 

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time

Available Shifts: 

• 2nd Shift Monday – Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am $22/hr  

• 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 7:00am $23/hr  

• 4th Shift Friday – Monday 5:00am – 3:30pm $22/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
