Schedule: M-F 4:00am-1:00pm

Exp: Driving a 26ft box truck or 26 ft flatbed



Summary

The Driver is responsible for delivering materials to various job sites and facilities. Responsibilities include creating a daily delivery route based on orders received, verifying materials on the truck before departure, and coordinating with the dispatch manager for any route changes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Check orders for delivery.

  • Drive assigned route.

  • Deliver materials to job sites or facilities.

  • Maintain communication with the dispatch manager throughout the route.

  • Unload any returns or will-call items from the route.

  • Use an iPad to monitor, track, and verify delivery orders.

  • Communicate via work cell phone.

  • Verify materials for the second route of the day.

  • Responsible for yard cleanliness, stocking pipe, and cleaning trucks.

  • Operate a forklift to move or retrieve materials from elevated storage.

  • Assist with general warehouse duties upon completion of delivery routes.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record as per insurance requirements


Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands, and communicate. Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling is required. Must regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
