Position Description

Title: Analytics and Review Attorney

Project Overview: 

The Discovery Team addresses discovery issues and processes across our docket. 

We help organize internal data for use in discovery projects and have a history of innovative problem-solving.

Overall Responsibilities: 

The Analytics and Review Attorney will be supporting discovery efforts in ongoing litigation and investigations, including search term and data assessment, privilege and review analysis, review management, and quality control.  

Top Daily Responsibilities: 

  • Analyzing and testing search terms in a review platform
  • Providing well reasoned suggestions for search term edits based on testing
  • Providing additional support for pre-review analytics to reduce review volumes as needed. 
  • Production-Assist with production QC procedures.
  • Reporting- Assist in drafting reports, emails and keeping documentation updated.
  • Skill/Experience/Education

    Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility :

  • 2 years work experience.
  • Legal discovery experience with emphasis on review platform analytic tools.
  • Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for role :

  • No prior work for firms representing Apple or where Apple was a third party
  • Legal discovery experience with emphasis on review platform analytic tools.
  • Discovery data analysis experience, identifying patterns in data and making recommendations.
  • Strong search term analytics background.
  • Experience designing and running review quality control projects.
  • Experience developing prioritization of review universe.
  • Strong critical data analysis skills, able to quickly review and analyze document contents and provide recommendations on bulk treatment.
  • Highly proficient in Relativity or Axcelerate review platforms.
  • Specific Tools or Applications experience:

  • MA Excel/Google sheets experience preferred.
