Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator – Union Gap, WA
Salary Range: 65K-80K/year based on experience

Adecco is representing a growing manufacturing client in Union Gap, WA, seeking a full-time Environmental, Health & Safety Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with a strong safety mindset who is passionate about driving a culture of safety and compliance at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily safety audits across production areas and lead root cause investigations for incidents and near misses.
Promote site-wide safety initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement in health and environmental practices.
Oversee chemical management systems, SDS documentation, labeling, and hazardous waste tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on PPE and EHS-related supply needs.
Track and report on key safety and environmental metrics during team meetings and audits.
Support onboarding safety training and ongoing compliance programs in line with regulatory requirements.
Maintain reporting and ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Background or certification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of OSHA, safety audits, incident tracking, and chemical compliance.
Comfortable spending time on the plant floor and engaging across departments.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of EHS initiatives.
