Job Title: Job Overview:
As an Electrical Assembler I, you will help assemble electronic parts for aircraft in a production environment. You will be responsible for soldering, wiring, and using tools to create high-quality electronic components.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and solder electronic printed circuit boards (PCBs) and small mechanical parts.
Use basic tools, including hand tools, power tools, and ohmmeters.
Prepare wires by measuring, cutting, stripping, and attaching terminals.
Apply coatings, sealants, and adhesives.
Test assemblies using specific equipment.
Work in a team and help improve processes.
Keep your work area clean and organized.
Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with soldering and de-soldering small parts.
Comfortable using computers and basic tools.
Must have IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC-A-620 certifications.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
Ability to perform math calculations and understand tolerances.
Familiarity with aircraft hardware (rivets, screws, bolts, etc.).
At least 5 years of experience in a production or similar environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
