Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Location: Bothell, WA (Onsite)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Duration: 9-month contract with potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Electro-Mechanical Assembly:
    Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience assembling, aligning, and testing complex electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, and electronic subassemblies.

  • Tool Proficiency:
    Skilled in the use of common hand tools including torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools, and wire cutters.

  • Manual Dexterity & Detail-Oriented:
    Ability to grasp and manipulate small parts for extended periods; strong attention to detail and precision.

  • Technical Documentation:
    Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, work orders, and safety procedures.

  • Computer Skills:
    Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard workplace systems is a plus.

  • Communication:
    Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.


Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Production environment with required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Regular sitting, handling, fingering, and feeling; occasional walking and standing

  • Frequent lifting up to 15 lbs, regular lifting up to 40 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 60 lbs (depending on assignment)

  • Requires eye-hand coordination, close vision, and color vision

  • Willingness to receive coaching and feedback from trainers, QA, and supervisors

  • Able to collaborate respectfully with coworkers and management


Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required



Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
