Adecco is partnering with a well-established client in Everett, WA to hire an experienced RMA Quality Technician (also known as an Electronics Repair Technician or PCB Repair Tech), to join our client’s Returns and Quality Control team in Everett, WA.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity where you’ll inspect, test, and troubleshoot returned electronics at the PCB level, ensuring products meet high quality standards before re-entering inventory or being retired. You’ll work directly with Oracle ERP, calibration instruments, and lean manufacturing tools to contribute to product excellence at a globally trusted brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer returns and stock rotations using Oracle ERP

  • Inspect and repackage returned and/or damaged products

  • Evaluate defective electronics, determine disposition, and perform rework when necessary

  • Perform PCB-level inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and minor repairs

  • Conduct inventory audits and resolve discrepancies

  • Gather, analyze, and report quality metrics and inspection data

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes

  • Participate in daily lean management standups and continuous improvement efforts

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

  • Assist with special projects and independent tasks requiring analytical skills

Qualifications

  • Technical Associate degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years preferred)

  • Proficiency with test/calibration tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes)

  • Comfortable working in Oracle or similar ERP systems

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Familiarity with electronics assembly, failure analysis, or RMA processes a plus

  • Experience in lean manufacturing, FBS tools, or Kaizen methodologies a bonus

  • Must have the ability to read, speak, and understand English to ensure comprehension of safety guidelines, supervisory instructions, and other essential communications

Working Conditions

  • May require lifting up to 50 pounds and repetitive upper body movement

  • Possible exposure to chemicals, solvents, and solder smoke

  • Frequent close work; color matching and small part handling required

  • Safety glasses and ESD-safe practices may be required

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
