We are currently seeking a highly dynamic Project Manager to join a growing Engineering & Solutions team based at our client’s US Fulfillment, Services and Manufacturing Center in Whitsett, NC (between Greensboro/Burlington).

What’s the Job?
As the Project Manager you’ll contribute by leading strategic/tactical projects and initiatives across the facility. These projects represent opportunities for the organization to develop new customer solutions not just within the facility, but possibly globally.  You’ll be responsible for leading, and launching, unique initiatives, many of which are technical in nature, along with a cross functional team to meet critical customer timelines.  

You’ll use your comprehensive knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures of project management and business acumen to complete data analysis and evaluation in support of complex assignments for manufacturing, repair and fulfillment services. You’ll collaborate closely with internal customers such as Sales, Services, Finance, and other global, cross-functional teams to successfully wow customers, and exceed expectations.

This is a five-days-onsite first shift position (No hybrid or remote option available) with occasional weekends/holidays work expected. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
  • Conduct risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout project lifecycles.
  • Perform data analysis to provide logic-based solutions.
  • Troubleshooting through critical thinking and out of the box problem solving.
  • Prepare and present executive level business cases and proposals.

Required Skills:
  • BS in Engineering or BA in Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional team.
  • Demonstrated beneficial analytical and data driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change, multi-task and deal with ambiguity.
  • Capability to prioritize workload and competing KPI’s.

Preferred Skills:
  • MS in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Admin.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in Services-Customer Fulfillment Operations Environment.
  • Proficient SAP WMS knowledge.
  • CapEx Budget Management.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $37.49 per hour
