Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is excited to collaborate with a top-tier healthcare organization in Palo Alto, CA to recruit a Environment Services Supervisor for a local contract opportunity in a hospital environment.
What You'll Do:
Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the hospital is maintained at the highest standard of cleanliness; oversee the work of an assigned group of Environmental Services employees; ensures that proper procedures are followed by staff and monitors the ordering and use of supplies and materials.
This position supervises cleaning and maintenance procedures unique to an acute care hospital. This position also has responsibility for the quality of environmental maintenance of several hospital areas.
Responsible for the quantity and quality of environmental maintenance of a number of hospital areas.

Experience Qualifications
Two (2) years of Environmental Services experience in healthcare setting or relevant experience required; three (3) years preferred.
Experience managing ≥ 25 full time employees required.
Experience in a union environment preferred.
Joint Commission experience preferred.
Compensation:
$45.00 – $70.00/hr.
Rate is determined based on experience and certifications.

Pay Details: $44.00 to $70.00 per hour
