🕒 Full-Time | 10 Days On / 4 Days Off | 10–12 Hours/Day
Adecco is partnering with a respected industry leader to recruit an experienced Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of safety practices on a heavy construction job site, ensuring full compliance with company, client, and government safety regulations.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA) discussions and safety meetings
Inspect and demonstrate proper use of PPE, ensuring compliance with ANSI and client standards
Operate air monitoring equipment and interpret results accurately
Conduct incident investigations and routine safety inspections
Write and implement site-specific health and safety plans
Provide emergency injury response support
Deliver and track required employee safety training
Collaborate with site management and attend daily/weekly safety audits and meetings
✅ What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in safety roles, preferably in heavy industry or construction
Strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and other safety regulations
Familiar with key safety areas: Excavation, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout, PPE, Rigging, etc.
Trainer certifications in OSHA 10/30, PEC Veriforce Basic 7.0, H2S Clear, and First Aid/CPR/AED (preferred)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Field-based with extensive time spent outdoors in variable weather
Physically active role requiring mobility, lifting, bending, and use of safety equipment
Fast-paced schedule with availability needed for immediate onsite needs
Work schedule: 10 days on / 4 days off

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
