Job Description:
Are you a hardworking and reliable individual with a knack for logistics and a strong work ethic? We’re looking for a dedicated Event Tear Down Crew Helper to join our team and assist in the dismantling and cleanup of event setups. This role is crucial in ensuring that events are efficiently taken down and all equipment is properly managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Tear Down Event Structures: Assist in the disassembly of event tents, stages, and other temporary structures.
Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload equipment, tents, and materials from trucks or storage areas.
Packing and Organization: Help pack away equipment and supplies, ensuring that all items are properly stored and organized for future use.
Cleanup: Participate in the cleanup process by removing debris, sweeping, and ensuring the event site is left in good condition.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members and supervisors to complete tasks effectively and within the allotted time frame.
Qualifications:
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong sense of responsibility.
Attention to Detail: Capable of following instructions accurately and ensuring all equipment is handled with care.
Team Player: Works well in a team environment and communicates effectively with others.
Previous Experience: Prior experience in event setup or teardown, construction, or similar physical labor is a plus but not required.
Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and possibly on short notice depending on event schedules.
Working Conditions:
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
Environment: Fast-paced, outdoor and indoor environments, with varying levels of noise and activity.
Pay Rate: $15-16 Per Hour
Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
