Pay: $22.00 – $26.00/hour (Temp-to-Hire)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts | Occasional On-Call (including weekends)

Adecco is partnering with a woman-owned adoption center in Penn Valley, CA, to find a dedicated Executive Administrative Assistant. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing organization that values your contributions and offers a chance to truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Support a fast-paced office with strong phone, computer, and interpersonal skills
Work with clients in sensitive or emergency situations
Collaborate with a caring, committed team
Participate in meetings and client care coordination
Occasionally assist with after-hours on-call coverage
Qualifications:
Warm, personable, and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and time management skills
Critical thinking and crisis management abilities
Team player with a heart for service
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Preferred: LCSW, adoption or child welfare experience, or knowledge of medical billing/coding

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
