Job Title: Expense Analyst
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Expense Analyst to support our finance team by reviewing and validating employee-submitted expense reports. This role is critical in ensuring policy compliance, accuracy of expense submissions, and timely processing. Familiarity with Concur, SAP, or similar expense management systems is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and audit employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
Flag discrepancies, missing documentation, or policy violations and follow up with employees as needed
Ensure timely and accurate processing of expenses in the expense management system
Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve any expense-related issues
Assist in compiling monthly expense reports and data for finance leadership
Support process improvement initiatives to streamline expense review and approval workflows
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal travel and expense policies
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Concur, SAP, or other expense tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support preferred
Education & Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1–3 years of relevant experience in expense processing or financial auditing a plus

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
