Job Summary:
Adecco is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and repairing a wide range of production equipment and facility infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility systems

Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues

Repair and replace defective parts using hand and power tools
-
Operate and maintain equipment such as motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and valves

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
-
Accurately document maintenance activities using logs or Microsoft Excel
-
Respond promptly to breakdowns or emergencies to minimize downtime
-
Assist in equipment installations and relocations
-
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
-
Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred

Minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical maintenance (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred)

Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
-
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts as needed

Pay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour
