About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities & Office Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Houston office while overseeing facility functions across multiple regional sites. This high-impact role balances front-office responsibilities with strategic facility oversight, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant work environments company-wide.

As the face of our Houston location, you will sit at the front desk, coordinate vendor and security access, support executive leadership, and handle administrative duties. You’ll also serve as the central point of contact for regional facility issues, managing maintenance, space planning, vendor contracts, and special projects across multiple buildings.


Key Responsibilities:

Houston Office Operations

  • Manage day-to-day office operations: workspace setup, supply coordination, and vendor support

  • Serve as first point of contact at the front office for visitors, deliveries, and internal staff

  • Monitor office security, including access control systems and visitor policies

  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs; liaise with property management

  • Support executives with meeting prep, calendar coordination, and general admin tasks

  • Partner with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes (workspace, badges, IT setup)

Regional Facilities Oversight

  • Maintain consistency in facility standards across multiple regional offices

  • Coordinate with site leads to resolve facility issues and implement safety best practices

  • Oversee facility projects such as space planning, office moves, and renovations

  • Manage service agreements, vendor relationships, and regional facility budgets

Project Management & Compliance

  • Lead facility-related projects, ensuring timely execution within budget

  • Maintain schedules for preventative maintenance and contractor coordination

  • Track budgets and reporting for repairs, safety upgrades, and equipment

  • Ensure all sites meet regulatory, safety, and building compliance standards


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, office administration, or manufacturing environments (multi-site and oilfield services preferred)

  • Strong project management skills; PMP certification a plus

  • Experience with building systems, safety protocols, and vendor negotiation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools (Slack, Zoom, project tracking tools)

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills

  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 25% to regional sites


Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with physical tasks related to office/facility support

  • Comfortable working in a professional office setting and occasionally in field/shop environments

  • May require bending, reaching, or standing for extended periods


Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
