We are seeking a Bilingual Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Team in Victorville, CA. This role is ideal for someone who practices Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, or Geriatrics looking to grow in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Opportunity to work with and care for the Korean American community as a Physician.
- Providers will serve patients aged 18+ in a primary care clinic setting
- Traditional Family Medicine
- Common Procedures: Injections
- Average number of cases per day 20-25
- Physician is typically spending less time on administrative work. * Less time charting
- MDs do not need hospital privileges
- Direct Reports include NP, and support staff
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from an accredited program
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Geriatrics
- CA State License
- Bilingual in English/Korean
- On-call for 3 months/year. Average call volume is <5 calls/month
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $260k-300k
