At our clinic, you’ll serve a multi-generational patient population, working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a value-based care model that truly prioritizes quality over volume.
Location: San Jose, CA
Salary Range: $225,000 – $350,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Type: Full-Time | Outpatient | No Call
What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions in a culturally sensitive setting

Collaborate closely with behavioral health, social services, and specialty teams

Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR (experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus)

Support care initiatives aimed at closing gaps in underserved populations
Qualifications:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Active California Medical License
-
Board Certification in Family Medicine (required)

Valid DEA Certificate, BLS, and PALS certifications

Experience in community health, FQHC, or safety-net care (preferred)

Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
