Adecco is assisting a healthcare client in hiring a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support a cardiovascular therapy. This field-based, temp-to-hire position requires 80% field travel, ideally based in Chicago Metro, but candidates can live anywhere in the U.S. except Nebraska.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Educate medical office staff through virtual or on-site training (15 interactions/week)
Assist with benefit investigations, prior auths, claims, appeals, and billing/coding issues
Coordinate with case managers and specialty pharmacies
Help clinics navigate co-pay and patient assistance programs
Maintain detailed documentation and reporting via CRM
Candidate requirements:
8+ years in healthcare reimbursement
Strong knowledge of Medicare, commercial insurance, prior auths, and claims
Background in specialty pharmacy or buy & bill
Excellent interpersonal and training skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Must be able to travel 4 days/week

Pay Details: $44.00 per hour
