Responsibilities for a Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary reimbursement expert for assigned providers and healthcare offices, supporting patient access
Conduct benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and claim denials follow-up
Deliver reimbursement education and payer trends in person and virtually
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure service alignment
Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Minimum 8 years of healthcare reimbursement or field market access experience
In-depth knowledge of Buy & Bill, Specialty Pharmacy, Medicare, and Commercial payer structures
Experience with benefit verifications, prior authorizations, claims appeals, and HUB services
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel up to 80% within assigned territory
Experience in Psychiatry or Mental Health therapy areas is preferred

Pay: $51.92 – $60.10 per hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay Details: $60.10 per hour
