Responsibilities for a Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:
• Educate healthcare providers (virtually and on-site) on reimbursement processes including prior authorizations, benefit investigations, and available patient support programs
• Provide expert case management support including billing, coding, specialty pharmacy access, and copay or patient assistance navigation
• Set appointments, complete outbound calls, and manage documentation in CRM tools
• Monitor and report territory performance and trends based on client expectations
Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in medical reimbursement (Buy & Bill or Specialty Pharmacy strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with Medicare, commercial insurance, and prior authorization processes
• Must reside in CO or WY and be able to travel up to 80%; valid driver’s license and clean MVR required

Pay Details: $52.88 to $55.77 per hour
