Adecco is assisting in hiring a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to support reimbursement services for a cardiovascular medication. This is a field-based, temp-to-hire opportunity with 80% travel required in Michigan.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide virtual and on-site training to clinics (approx. 15 weekly interactions)
Educate on benefit investigations, prior auths, appeals, billing/coding
Guide clinics on co-pay and patient assistance programs
Coordinate with case managers and pharma reps to resolve insurance challenges
Report activities and outcomes via CRM
Qualifications:
8+ years healthcare reimbursement experience
Deep understanding of Medicare, commercial payers, prior auths, and appeals
Experience with specialty pharmacy or buy & bill workflows
Strong training and customer service skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Willingness to travel 4 days/week

Pay Details: $44.00 per hour
