Responsibilities for a Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:
· Act as a strategic reimbursement advisor and primary liaison for healthcare providers, identifying and resolving complex access and reimbursement barriers
· Lead benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims escalations, and appeals to ensure timely patient access
· Deliver advanced payer insights and educate providers on Medicare and commercial payer structures
· Collaborate with internal hub operations, analytics, and client teams to optimize service delivery
· Facilitate high-value site engagements including manufacturer-sponsored training and educational forums
· Drive field-based territory planning, stakeholder engagement, and project execution aligned with client KPIs
Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· Minimum 8 years of healthcare-related reimbursement experience (Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy)
· Experience supporting therapies in spaces such as oncology, dermatology, etc.
· Solid understanding of Medicare and commercial insurance benefit structures
· Strong project management, account coordination, and customer service experience
· Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and web meeting tools
· Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record (MVR required)
· Must be able to travel 80% of the time (4 days/week within Northern California – Stockton & surrounding areas)
· Must reside within the designated territory

Pay Details: $57.21 per hour
