Responsibilities for a Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to:
Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff regarding reimbursement challenges and available support services, averaging 15 interactions per week.
Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization Processes, Support Center Services, and Medicare and Commercial coverage.
Offer comprehensive reimbursement support, including account management, billing and coding updates, and claims and appeal assistance.
Set up appointments and complete outbound calls to provider offices, interacting with physicians to obtain and provide patient and payer-specific information.
Monitor program performance for physicians and manufacturer representatives, tracking territory performance daily via CRM dashboard.
Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years of healthcare-related reimbursement experience, with strong medical reimbursement experience in Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
Must have Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience and be able to deliver and document benefit investigation outcomes.
Must reside in Texas (Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Houston, San Antonio preferred) and be able to travel 80% (4 days a week) via automobile or plane.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record/MVR.

Pay Details: $55.77 per hour
