Our growing client, a pharmaceutical manufacturer with a US HQ in Raleigh-Durham is looking to grow their Field Service team!

Essential Responsibilities:
Execution of QM (Quality Management) conform documentation of quality checks on machines
Execution of GMP confirm Installations and Qualifications on customer site Set in operation of Isolator systems on customer site
Preventative maintenance and requalification on products within service.
Carrying out of test runs Collaboration for the operative quality assurance QCE for reviews of reports Using the process for notification and change management
Creation of detailed work reports for customer satisfaction and for correct invoicing
Execution of changes and improvements acc. to change request Care for a positive image on customer sites
Care for a good relationship to the customer and the suppliers
Care for a good information flow to all departments
Collaboration of internal programs and projects
Participation of 24/7 Emergency hotline program
Qualifications/Requirements:
Higher technical education
Allen Bradley/PLC experience in cGMP/GMP setting
Good interaction and communication skills Interested in technical problems
Customer oriented
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
