Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for several File / Scanning Clerk in Minneapolis, MN.
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: Within two to three weeks.
Location: Intersect of Hennepin Avenue and Great River Road in Minneapolis, MN. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.
Pay: $19.30 to $19.30/hr
Length: Temp to Hire
Hours: 7:00AM to 3:30PM
PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office position. No other options available.
Responsibilities for the File / Scanning Clerk role include:
Sort and file forms.
Locate and retrieve files to complete requests.
Repetitive movements including sit, stand, kneel, reach, and climb ladder.
Scanning and filing
Respond to emails professionally.
Mail sorting.
Qualifications for this File / Scanning Clerk role:
High School Diploma / GED
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with MS Office
Previous filing and mail room experience preferred.
Pay Details: $19.30 per hour
