Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Admin Specialist to join our client’s team in Eagan, MN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
2-4 years of customer service-related experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
SAP skills are preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and enter resale information.
Manage customer and product cross references.
Conduct product trending analysis.
Review refund exception discrepancies.
Analyze refund and sales trends prior to credit issuance.
Follow up with distributors to resolve rebate discrepancies.
Investigate sales and credit activity.
Pay Details: $22.72 per hour
