Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Fort Payne, AL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support business performance monitoring, month-end closing, and digital transformation efforts. This role involves financial planning, trend analysis, reporting, and implementation of modern digital tools to streamline financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities
Analyze trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business performance
Prepare and present regular financial reports and profitability analyses to management
Monitor and interpret KPIs (e.g., volume, profit, headcount, cash flow), taking corrective action as needed
Support digitalization initiatives by implementing tools, training users, and optimizing reporting processes
Adapt and prepare performance review materials aligned with business priorities
Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; Master’s preferred
2+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
Solid understanding of financial metrics, reporting tools, and variance analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with digital reporting tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Pay Details: $20.69 per hour
