Job Title: Flexographic Press Operator (2nd Shift)
Base Pay: $24 - $36 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 2nd Shift — Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality materials in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Flexographic printing presses (MA 2200 or similar)
Monitor print jobs to ensure quality standards and production timelines are met
Perform routine press maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Manage press supply inventory and request replenishments as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of experience operating Flexographic presses
Experience with MA 2200 preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of ink theory, color matching, and press operations
Ability to follow written work instructions in English
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Familiarity with press maintenance and workplace safety procedures
