Responsibilities for a Food Prep Operator include but are not limited to:
• Follow recipes and instructions to prepare food using sous vide cooking method
• Measure and weigh raw and prepared food items accurately
• Safely operate kitchen and packaging equipment in cold environments
• Follow GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and safety procedures
Candidates for Food Prep Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Basic math skills for measuring and recording data
• Education equal to 6th grade minimum (HS diploma/GED preferred)
• Food prep or culinary experience preferred

Pay Details: $14.50 per hour
