Responsibilities for a Food Prep Operator include but are not limited to:
• Prepare food using sous vide method following detailed recipes and instructions
• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients and follow safety protocols
• Work in refrigerated or frozen environments and operate kitchen equipment
• Comply with sanitation, food safety (HACCP), and GMP standards

Candidates for Food Prep Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Ability to read and follow verbal/written instructions in English
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Basic math skills
• Minimum 6th grade education (HS diploma or GED preferred)
• Culinary/food prep experience is a plus

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
