Adecco Staffing is partnering with a well-established convenience store in Gill, MA to hire an experienced Food Service Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, full benefits, and long-term stability in a leadership role.
Location: Gill, MA
Pay: $25–$26 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and assist other locations as needed

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily deli operations and ensure high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Supervise, train, and schedule deli staff
Maintain inventory, place orders, and check deliveries for accuracy
Ensure compliance with company policies, Serve Safe standards, and OSHA regulations
Operate kitchen equipment including deep fryer, pizza oven, and knives
Deliver excellent customer service and uphold store appearance standards
Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management
Complete monthly inventory and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Serve Safe Certification required
2+ years of food service or deli management experience preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and manage a team
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Frequent bending, reaching, and standing throughout shift
Must be able to move quickly and access all areas of the store
