We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator, in the Liberty, MO area, to work within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to transport materials and products within the production facility. This position requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move materials and parts to and from designated storage areas, production lines, and shipping/receiving zones.
  • Material Handling: Load and unload materials and products from trucks and pallets, ensuring all items are properly stacked and secure.
  • Inventory Support: Assist with inventory management by transporting raw materials and finished goods to appropriate locations.
  • Quality Control: Inspect materials and parts for damage during handling. Ensure that products are moved without causing harm or damage to materials.
  • Production Support: Work closely with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to the assembly lines.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and company policies. Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Warehouse Organization: Ensure a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage of materials.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or production environment
  • Valid Driver’s License (required).
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse or production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in material handling.

Pay Details: $22.65 per hour
