Job Description:
Adecco is partnering with a company in Bedford, NH and we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payout & Risk Operator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, security, and compliance of financial transactions. You will monitor and analyze transaction activity, investigate suspicious behavior, and work cross-functionally to maintain the integrity of payout and risk systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess conditions that may pose financial or reputational risks to the business and its customers.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and review financial transactions to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal policies.
- Investigate suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity and escalate as necessary.
- Analyze transaction patterns and customer behaviors to proactively detect fraud or abuse.
- Process and verify customer cash-outs, ensuring accuracy and legitimacy of all transactions.
- Collaborate with customer service and internal departments to resolve payment issues and address concerns.
- Document risk factors, create incident reports, and maintain accurate records of activities.
- Conduct regular compliance checks and risk assessments related to online payouts.
- Operate computer systems and peripheral equipment to carry out transaction-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or payment processing.
- Experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or compliance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with fraud detection tools and payment processing systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

Pay Details: $22.75 per hour
