Addeco is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager for Direct Hire. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving growth and profitability, and ensuring overall success. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a proven track record in managing teams and achieving strategic objectives.
Job Duties:
Create work schedules and manage payroll.
Oversee all store operations and serve as the primary point of contact for all employees.
Hire and fire employees as necessary.
Develop and implement weekly sales quotas and goals.
Assist customers and resolve any issues that arise.
Ensure smooth operation of the store, including the U-Haul dealership services.
Complete U-Haul University classes and learn the U-Haul POS system.
Ensure all cash flow is properly logged and manage cash pickups with armored personnel.
Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty programs.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience can substitute for formal education.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a retail, car wash, or service industry setting.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
Ability to handle cash management and financial reporting.
Familiarity with the U-Haul system is a plus but not mandatory.
Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
