Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable II

Pay: $33.10/hour

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM EST

About the Role:

Seeking a detail-oriented specialist with 2-4 years' experience in payments or finance to manage fees and rebates, analyze contracts, and support reporting. This contract role offers cross-functional exposure and the chance to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process fees and rebates accurately and on time.

  • Collaborate with Account Management and Contract Development.

  • Analyze contract terms for payment processing.

  • Generate and review financial reports.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related.

  • 2-4 years in payments, contracting, data analysis, or finance.

  • Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP, Shift, RMUS, Power BI, or MicroStrategy a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage and analyze complex data accurately.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Adaptable to evolving systems with a continuous improvement mindset.

Pay Details: $33.10 per week
