Adecco is hiring immediately for a Hardware Support Engineer with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $28.00/hr. - $30.00/hr.

 

Duties:

·       Lead and test new technology in-house or with cross-functional teams.

·       Provide feedback to improve design, procedures, and operations.

·       Ensure smooth transitions to division support.

·       Offer technical support remotely or on-site for complex equipment, software, and firmware issues.

·       Track and report critical issues using Jira.

·       Act as a communication bridge for new product designs.

·       Support quality and validation processes.

·       Manage parts logistics and supplier communications.

 

Qualifications:

·       Proficiency in Japanese or Vietnamese is a plus.

·       3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry preferred, as a hardware technician or hardware support.

·       Bachelor's degree required.

·       Ability to solve complex problems and recommend best practices.

·       Independent worker with minimal guidance needed.

·       Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, and system disciplines.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
