  • 💰 Pay Rate: $25.50 – $37.00/hour

  • 🕒 Schedule: M–F, 7 AM – 6 PM (1-hour lunch, approximately 9 hrs/day); up to 3 Saturdays as needed

About the Role

Are you a hands-on electrical expert with a passion for prototyping and solving complex vehicle-level challenges? We're looking for a Electrical Harness Technician with 5+ years of experience to join our fast-paced, innovation-driven team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building and testing first-of-their-kind wiring harnesses and electrical subsystems for cutting-edge vehicle platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Prototype & Build

    • Interpret early-stage diagrams and pinouts to build custom harnesses

    • Source components and assemble harnesses with precision

    • Test and validate harnesses to meet application requirements

  • Vehicle Integration & Testing

    • Support vehicle-level electrical updates and modifications

    • Lead small teams on larger projects while staying hands-on

    • Communicate project status, blockers, and needs with stakeholders

  • Diagnose & Resolve

    • Lead root cause analysis for complex electrical issues

    • Isolate faults down to wiring, module, or device level

    • Document and communicate findings to drive resolution

  • Collaborate & Innovate

    • Work cross-functionally with engineering, software, and project teams

    • Solve problems creatively, regardless of ownership

    • Keep leadership informed of cross-team efforts and priorities

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in wire harness prototyping and diagnostics

  • Proficiency in reading schematics, pinouts, and working with small terminals

  • Skilled in crimping, soldering, de-pinning, and molded component handling

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, diagnostics, and vehicle integration

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Excel

  • Ability to lead low-to-medium complexity projects and mentor junior techs

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $25.50 to $37.00 per hour
