GENERAL PURPOSE:
Facilitates/conducts exempt & non-exempt training programs within the Distribution Center. Supports DC Operations with all training initiatives. Trains new and current Ross and Temporary Staffing Agency Associates on engineered standards (procedures/methods). Supports new programs to increase the job knowledge, productivity, and performance of DC Associates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND HASIAN CREOLE.

Conduct curriculum as outlined by Training Manager/Supervisor to include:

Must be able to facilitate and deliver all classroom training content. Such as: PIT, NHO, Safety Training, etc.

Assist in the development of training materials to ensure success of all Associates. Including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, translation software, etc.

Conduct engineered standards (procedures/methods) training curriculum as developed by Training Manager and Industrial Process Improvement and Production Engineers to include:

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
