We’re looking for a strategic and operationally savvy Head of Sales to lead U.S. retail store operations and drive consistent, sustainable growth. This leadership role is responsible for offline store performance, customer satisfaction, and sales optimization—while serving as a vital link between U.S. operations and the global headquarters in Korea.
An ideal candidate will bring the following -
Fluent Korean speaker
Strong background overseeing retail operations in a multistore environment including but not limited to P&L ownership
Experience developing and executing sales strategy
Knowledge and interest in the beauty industry
Ability to travel domestically
Bachelors degree is a plus
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
