Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all project submittals from initial review through submission and final approval

  • Develop construction-related drawings including formwork, pick plans, and layout for pipe, conduit, and equipment

  • Interpret survey reports, site maps, drawings, and blueprints to support project planning and execution

  • Collaborate with field teams to track project progress, control costs, and support successful delivery

  • Generate job cost reports and support budgeting efforts across multiple projects

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work aligns with specifications and safety regulations

  • Prepare and submit claims documentation as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, QA/QC practices, and industry best practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally


Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 10-Hour Certification

  • Experience in marine construction

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
