Key Responsibilities

Manage all project submittals from initial review through submission and final approval

Develop construction-related drawings including formwork, pick plans, and layout for pipe, conduit, and equipment

Interpret survey reports, site maps, drawings, and blueprints to support project planning and execution

Collaborate with field teams to track project progress, control costs, and support successful delivery

Generate job cost reports and support budgeting efforts across multiple projects

Conduct regular site visits to ensure work aligns with specifications and safety regulations

Prepare and submit claims documentation as needed
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction
-
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, QA/QC practices, and industry best practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
