Forklift Operator – 1st Shift

Location: High Point NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM with Overtime As Needed
Overtime: As needed
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Position Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator /Cherry Picker to join our warehouse operations in High Point NC. The ideal candidate will be OSHA certified. This role plays a key part in maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Cherry Picker to load, unload, move, and stack materials

  • Transport products to and from designated areas within the warehouse

  • Perform daily safety inspections on forklifts and report issues promptly

  • Ensure accurate inventory movements and proper documentation

  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space

  • Support warehouse team with general labor and material handling as needed


  • OSHA Forklift Certification (required)

  • Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience (sit-down & stand-up)

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks

  • Attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
