Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Orlando, FL (On-site, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)
Pay Rate: $50.00/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a business unit of approximately 550 employees. This on-site role is responsible for delivering strategic HR support and consultative services aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with local leadership to drive HR strategy and organizational effectiveness

  • Provide coaching and support on leadership development and performance management

  • Lead initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement

  • Serve as a resource for employee relations, policy interpretation, and change management

  • Collaborate with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence on escalated issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a matrixed environment

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and influence across various levels of the organization

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and compliance

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology

  • SHRM or HRCI Certification



Pay Details: $50.00 per hour
