Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Orlando, FL (On-site, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)
Pay Rate: $50.00/hr
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a business unit of approximately 550 employees. This on-site role is responsible for delivering strategic HR support and consultative services aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with local leadership to drive HR strategy and organizational effectiveness
Provide coaching and support on leadership development and performance management
Lead initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement
Serve as a resource for employee relations, policy interpretation, and change management
Collaborate with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence on escalated issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a matrixed environment
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and influence across various levels of the organization
Knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and compliance
Preferred:
Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology
SHRM or HRCI Certification
Pay Details: $50.00 per hour
