Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide appropriate recommendations for resolution.

HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data entry.
- Process payroll changes, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related transactions.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Training and Development:
- Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with managers to address skills gaps.

Performance Management:
- Assist with performance appraisal processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
