Adecco is hiring immediately for highly motivated, driven, and skilled HVAC Technicians in the Miami and Pompano Beach areas in Florida.
As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

· Contract Type: Direct Hire Full Time
· Pay: $25-$30/hr (up to $35 if Lead, Journeyman or Superintendent)
· Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week); Possible weekend work for emergency call.
· Location: On the Road
Essential Duties:
· Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems according to specifications
· Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions
· Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
· Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction
· Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year of hands-on HVAC experience in an A/C company
· HVAC Certification is required, EPA Type II Certification is a bonus
· Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Valid driver's license
