Adecco is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as a Inbound Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming goods and materials. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will directly support warehouse accuracy, productivity, and safety.
Inbound Operator – Distribution Center
Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $19/hour to start
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient material deliveries
Handle sensitive and hazardous materials in accordance with safety guidelines
Perform routine inventory checks and promptly report any discrepancies
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) via computer and handheld scanners
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall warehouse operations
Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
Prior forklift experience preferred (onsite training available)
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel)

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
