Adecco is hiring immediately for Industrial Assembler jobs in Fremont, CA. While working as an Industrial Assembler for Adecco, you will earn $22.00-$25.00/hour.
As an Industrial Assembler, you will perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instruction.
Industrial Assemblers also:
Select proper materials from kit carts to complete standard work
Use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks
Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance when required
Ensure efficiency and productivity by evaluating and modifying production processes
Periodically check products per company policy
Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED (the assignment requires proof of HS Diploma/GED before starting)
Prior manufacturing experienced preferred
Basic computer skills
Comfortable working with high heat torching tool
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including but not limited to heat safety suit and gloves
Basic hand tool experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective cross-functional working relationships
Thorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing preferred
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
