Join a reliable and hardworking production team where your consistency and attention to detail matter. We’re hiring a Vertical Mixer / Pellet Mill Operator to help produce and package premium pigeon feed. If you’re dependable, physically strong, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Load 50 lb bags of ingredients like birdseed and cracked corn into vertical mixers
  • Operate mixing, bagging, and industrial sewing machines
  • Accurately track batches using both handwritten logs and a simple computer interface
  • Work side-by-side with a Spanish-speaking trainer in a tight-knit two-person team
  • Use a sit-down forklift to palletize and move finished feed (limited forklift work)
  • Keep pace in a hot production environment with minimal supervision

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior industrial mixing and sit-down forklift experience
  • Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with batching instructions
  • Comfortable with repetitive work, teamwork, and feedback
  • Must speak, read, and write in English
  • Committed to 2nd shift only — no option to move to 1st shift
  • Spanish language skills a plus, but not required

Why You’ll Succeed:

You’re someone who shows up on time, works well with a partner, and doesn’t mind getting your hands dirty. You thrive in routine, care about doing things the right way, and take pride in consistency. If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

Apply today to start a long-term role where you’re respected for showing up, staying focused, and keeping production moving.
