We are seeking a detail-oriented Instrumentation Data Specialist to support master data cleansing, documentation updates, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the site’s Computerized Calibration Management System (CCMS). This is a contract, on-site position requiring hands-on experience with pharmaceutical instrumentation, calibration processes, and engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings related to instrumentation data updates.

  • Data mine and validate instrument information.

  • Update and maintain master data records in the new system.

  • Assist with system testing and validation during implementation.

  • Support document updates and creation in preparation for system rollout.

  • Provide training assistance as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry within a regulated environment.

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical utility systems and production floor process equipment.

  • Hands-on experience with calibration best practices in a pharmaceutical setting.

  • Ability to interpret Process & Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs) and Engineering Turnover Packages (ETOPs).

  • Experience with SAP Technical Objects (e.g., Task Lists, Maintenance Plans).

  • Familiarity with large-scale capital project implementation and pharmaceutical change management.



Pay Details: $46.00 per hour
