Adecco is partnering with a leading global provider of scientific instruments to fill an Inventory Specialist position in Kalamazoo, MI. Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ years of experience in inventory management
Recent experience operating a Forklift
Experience using handheld scanners to enter data in various systems
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Work areas may include spaces where chemical-based allergens are in use (such as penicillin, tetracycline, etc.)
Description:
Utilize inventory/order management systems to manage on-site program replenishments, disbursements, receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and order processing.
May need to operate pushcarts, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
Process customer service inquiries related to orders, returns, and backorders, ensuring timely resolution within set timeframes.
Access and adhere to standard operating procedures within our computer systems.
Proactively identify and communicate customer concerns and potential issues to the supervisor.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
