IT Support Analyst

Six Day a Week Role

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst responsible for troubleshooting, supporting, and delivering personal computer system solutions, as well as providing initial support for IT infrastructure. This role is crucial in maintaining IT systems, resolving technical issues for users, and ensuring smooth business operations.

MUST HAVE EXPERIANCE working in an Automotive Manufacturing environment.

What You Need for the Role:

  • Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user support of IT systems.

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.

  • Preferred: 2-4 years of experience in IT system development and support.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Windows 7 and 10, Server 2008 and 2012.

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.

  • Administrative experience in:

  • VMWare, Rubrik, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, SCCM, Azure, and Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).

  • Experience supporting enterprise video conferencing systems.

  • Familiarity with network systems, including Cisco switches/routers and the full Meraki stack (Security appliance, Switches, Wireless, Cameras).

What You Will Do:

  • Provide technical support to end users to minimize downtime and maintain business operations.

  • Implement and maintain personal computer software and hardware within assigned areas.

  • Stay current on new technologies and productivity tools.

  • Test and implement personal computer components to ensure efficiency.

  • Develop flexible, integrated, and maintainable IT solutions.

  • Communicate and escalate issues to Senior IT Specialists when needed.

  • Manage incidents and change requests in ServiceNow.

  • Support local end users, including administrators, directors, and executives.

  • Provide on-site and remote support for enterprise video conferencing systems.

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and management of Local and Wide Area Network systems.

Pay Details: $74,000.00 to $92,000.00 per year
